Refund Policy:
  • Customer who wants to get the refund, please contact customer support through any one of the communication medium provided in the contact us page.

  • The left over credit in the account will be refunded to the card or account used to buy credit / top-up the account.

  • You have the right to cancel an order up to 24 hours after your purchase subject to a nominal handling and refund fee of 50 pence. If however, you chose to use your phone card you lose this right.

  • Accessing the PIN number constitutes use of your card and we cannot cancel your order in this situation.

  • Refunds may only be made where a product does not work correctly and the service provider is unable to correct the fault.

  • We reserve the right to provide you with a replacement pin and to charge you for any calls prior to the fault.

  • It will take up to 7 working days at least to credit your card/bank account. Please contact your card provider/bank to confirm the receipt.

  • If you have used paypal to buy the credit, please raise the request with us to get the refund before creating a dispute in the paypal account.

  • We take our customer complaint very seriously. We have the policy to resolve any customer request within 48 hours.
